ELEMENT SPORTS PERFORMANCE IS A LITTLE DIFFERENT-A HYBRID CLINIC OF SPORTS MEDICINE, CHIROPRACTIC CARE, AND FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE.
INJURY REHABILITATION
Element Sports Performance specializes in injury rehabilitation. By combining research-based techniques from the chiropractic, exercise science, and sports medicine disciplines, we offer patients a dynamic, effective road to recovery. We design a specific exercise plan for each patient that will help heal injured muscles/ligaments, gain flexibility, and build strength. We collaborate with health professionals from a variety of backgrounds, including orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, physical therapists, and leading rehabilitation specialists to offer exceptional, comprehensive treatment and care.

ACTIVE RELEASE TECHNIQUE (A.R.T.)
Active Release Technique (A.R.T.) is considered the gold standard in soft tissue treatment and can bring significant relief from muscle tension and pain. This hands-on movement-based approach breaks up scar tissue to increase movement, treat injured muscles and ease pain. Utilized by sports teams and healthcare professionals, including Ironman and Olympic medical teams, A.R.T. is a "hurts-so-good" massage treatment for everyone from elite athletes to office employees. Best of all, it speeds up healing, relieves pain, and increases performance.

CHIROPRACTIC CARE
We perform chiropractic adjustments in order to help achieve and maintain full range of motion throughout the body. Looking beyond the traditional notion of alignment, we utilize adjustments to maintain even motion at each joint.

GRASTON TECHNIQUE
Graston Technique is a premium soft tissue treatment, similar to A.R.T., except utilizing a dull stainless steel instrument rather than hands to break up underlying scar tissue. Patient's love Graston for it's effectiveness, and ability to treat the persistent aches that don't seem to go away.

KINESIO TAPING
Kinesio Taping, or K-taping, is a rehabilitative technique designed to facilitate the body's natural healing process while, at the same time, providing support and stability to muscles and joints. Patients using K-taping gain a greater sense of their bodies and their specific movement patterns. It can help a variety of conditions, including helping patients to remember sit with good posture, or avoid moving into painful positions.
